Return & Refund Policy

I. Return & Refund Conditions

1.Return Timeframe:

Domestic Orders: Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

International Orders: Returned items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery and arrive at our designated warehouse within 21 days (based on tracking records). Late returns will not be accepted.

2.Acceptable Return Conditions:

II. International Return Guidelines

1.Shipping Costs & Duties:

Seller Covers: Returns due to defects, wrong items, or shipping damage (including round-trip shipping and duties).

Buyer Covers: Buyer-initiated returns (e.g., wrong size) require self-paid return shipping and potential import taxes.

Duty Subsidy: Partial subsidies may apply for unexpected tariff increases (requires customs documentation).

2.Return Process:

Step 1: Pre-Approval

Contact customer support with the order number, issue description, and customs documents (e.g., HS code, value proof).

Step 2: Tracked Shipping

Ship via international carriers with tracking (e.g., DHL, FedEx) and retain proof.

Step 3:Estimated time for refund to arrive

   Refunds will be credited to your bank account via the original payment method within 7-15 days of approval.

3.Important Notes:

Some countries may charge re-import duties; buyers are advised to consult local customs.

Returns delayed by customs clearance past the deadline will not qualify for refunds.
